Fees are payable at the end of the session by cash, credit card or debit card (eftpos available). A receipt will be provided.

Rebate Guide:

Rebates may be available through the following sources:

  • Private Health Insurance – You may be partially covered for psychology services under “general treatment cover”. It is recommended that you contact your Private Health Insurance provider prior to commencing treatment to ascertain your eligibility for this cover
  • Medicare – To be eligible for a Medicare rebate, you need to meet certain criteria and require a referral from your GP or Psychiatrist. There are two relevant programs:

    *Bulk-Billing: (for current health care card, or pensioner concession card holders)
    Chronic Disease Management
    (Up to 5 sessions)
    Older Adults living in Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs) *Rebate: $52.95

  • Department of Veterans’ Affairs – To qualify for DVA assistance, eligible individuals in the veteran community require a referral from their GP or other medical professional. DVA covers the total cost of services for eligible individuals in the veteran community.
